How does Morpheus8 Burst work?

The Morpheus8 handpiece contains a series of fine, sterile microneedles that enter the skin at carefully selected depths.

Once the needles are in position, controlled bipolar radiofrequency energy is delivered into the tissue. This creates precise areas of heat beneath the surface of the skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact.

The combination of microneedling and radiofrequency initiates a controlled healing response, supporting the production and reorganisation of collagen and elastin.

Morpheus8 Burst can deliver energy at multiple depths in rapid succession during a single pulse. This allows different layers of the skin and underlying tissue to be targeted efficiently during the same treatment.

More than traditional microneedling

Traditional microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin to stimulate a healing response.

Morpheus8 Burst combines this with radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin. This allows us to work at deeper and more precisely selected levels than traditional microneedling alone.

It may therefore be recommended when the main concern is skin laxity, deeper lines, tissue remodelling or a combination of skin-quality concerns.

The right treatment will depend on your skin, anatomy, budget and goals. More intensive treatment is not automatically better, and Morpheus8 Burst will only be recommended when it is appropriate for you.
